THE BEST WOLF TECHNIQUE - The 1 Week Wolf Method

Q: How long should you WOLF?

A: One Week!

Wolfing is the process of allowing your hair to grow longer than normal while maintaining your waves, in order to improve your pattern. It's a transformation stage. The purpose of the wolf is to cut it. So how long should you go before you cut it?

Sometimes we get ahead of ourselves and we try to bite off more than we can chew. It's easy to fail when you're looking too far ahead instead of focusing on what right in front of you.

Here's how the One Week WOLF works:

Let's say today is Thursday, can you go one week without a haircut? Yes or no?

If Yes: than keep doing your hair routine. And next Thursday ask yourself the same question, can you go one week without a haircut? Repeat this step until you say No.

If No: schedule a haircut, and start the process over. Make sure you do not cut too low.

You may not be able to run 6 miles, but I know you can run 1 mile 6 times though.

Stop trying to run the whole race and just focus on one lap at a time.
