SLOW IT DOWN!
Your hairs are coils/springs. As you brush, you stretch that coil out. I want you to consider a spring from a pen... if you stretch the spring out fast and release it, it will snap back to its normal state. But if you stretch it out slowly and release it, it will compress some it will not return to its original form.
Take your time, there is no need to rush. Slower brush strokes will help take your pattern to its full potential. This goes for beginners trying to get waves, and wavers trying to break forks.
The Catch:
- If you don't have the same texture as 360 Jeezy, YOU CAN'T HAVE 360 JEEZY WAVES.
- If you don't have the same texture as Sir Cruse, YOU CAN'T HAVE SIR CRUSE WAVES.
- If you don't have the same texture as CoarseHairedKing, YOU CAN'T HAVE COARSEHAIREDKING WAVES!
Your curl length is set, and can't be changed. This is my maximum curl length, I cant have waves wider than this. My texture is 4b/4c.
