What is Wolfing?
Social media influencers have skewed the definition and purpose of wolfing, so let's set the record straight.
Wolfing - the process of allowing your hair to grow longer than normal, while maintaining your waves, in order to improve your pattern.
It's a transformation phase, therefore the purpose is to cut it when you finish. Wolfing is when you abstain from cutting your hair but continue to do brush sessions and wear your durag.
When you WOLF, you can fix the flow of your waves, break forks, build definition and create depth. Wolfing is not just skipping cuts, it's two-part... skipping cuts AND brushing. The longer the wolf means the more you need to brush.
